About The Position

The Program Coordinator – School-Based Health Centers is a dynamic and robust role which supports the development, implementation, administration, operation, and daily coordination of the School-Based Health Center Program at Greater Portland Health. The role organizes processes and systems that ensure program goals are met according to timelines and budget parameters, that data is collected, measured, analyzed, and evaluated, and that written and oral reports and presentations are well constructed and delivered. It is responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners and partners closely with the Practice Manager and Medical Director of the School-Based Health Centers and the Dental Practice and Clinical Managers to execute its duties and provide guidance and support to the School-Based Health Center team.

This position is not eligible for a fully remote or hybrid schedule.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Level 3 English is required
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred
• Knowledge of basic healthcare office procedures and terminology
• Strong phone and in-person customer service and active listening skills
• Experience analyzing and reporting on data in various formats
