About The Position

Saratoga Bridges is looking for an organized and energetic Q.I.D.P. to work with people in our homes in Saratoga County. In this role, the Program Coordinator, PC, works with each individual to develop a life plan. Using Person Centered philosophy, valued outcomes are set. This drives the supports each person will receive. The PC will then train employees on these valued outcomes and observe staff and review documentation. This job requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and time management. Best part of the job is working with the people we support!

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, such as Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. This is required for the QIDP status.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with people who have a developmental disability
• OPWDD experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to transport yourself between residential houses
