The Role The Program Coordinator assists the Senior Director of Recovery Services in the coordination and implementation of community-based outreach programs serving individuals impacted by substance use disorders and mental health challenges. This role supports operational oversight, staff supervision, and community engagement efforts to ensure services are timely, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and aligned with organizational goals. The Program Coordinator works under the direction of the Senior Director and collaborates closely with outreach staff, community partners, and internal teams to improve access to care, service continuity, and member outcomes.
