Reporting to the Regional Director of Client Services, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting the VP, Director of Operations and the Support at Home, Home Care Team.

  • Compliance and Training support for Home Care Aides.
  • Process all Long-Term Care Insurance every week.
  • Work with Clients to answer all Long-Term Insurance questions about their claims.
  • Assist in supporting new and ongoing projects for the HCSS department.
  • Support New Hire Orientation.
  • Procurement – processing of invoices and creating purchase requests.
  • Taking notes for team meetings and other meetings if assigned.
  • Answering phones in a professional best in class customer services standard.
  • Ordering supplies – PPE, Office Supplies etc.
  • Mailing out items to clients and Home Care Aides as needed.
  • Send email to Home Care Aides and possible communication to clients as needed.
  • Create client binders, marketing material, and other items needed for clients, Home Care Aides and Business Development.
  • Support VP and team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Two years of administrative experience or relevant combination of school and work experience
  • Must be able to work out of San Francisco office 4 days a week.
  • Proven Best in Class Customer Services.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, takes initiative, upholds high professional and quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge in information systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint programs, and voicemail.
  • Able to be proactive, work independently and in a team, prioritize appropriately, and work in an organized manner.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 year experience working with older adults.
