This position is responsible for the management of staff in IDD programs. Main job duties include scheduling creation and oversight, mentoring and training of staff, responding to staff issues and needs, as well as working directly with our Human Resources department as a liaison for operations. This position also works with the program team to ensure the staffing needs of individuals are met to ensure a healthy and safe environment. T his position supports a team of site supervisors and direct care staff members and serves as a coach and mentor for staff members in similar positions.
