This part-time position is assigned to the Girl Scouts Beyond Bars program and the 20-24 hour per week work schedule includes scheduled evening troop meetings from 3pm-9pm and 2 Saturdays per month from 2pm to 10pm, with other hours flexible. Job Summary Primarily responsible for planning and implementing programs for girls in grades K-12 and serves as an advocate for those children. This position is accountable for integrated management and coordination of all program delivery and support services in designated content, grade level, or geographic areas in and/or across multiple pathways. The coordinator ensures that program development and implementation support the council’s program plan and strategic business goals, maintains strict adherence to safety and security guidelines, promotes the Girl Scout Leadership Experience and outcomes, and/or links to national program curricula. The Program Coordinators work in a variety of settings at Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma and may be employed in the following programs – Girl Scouts Beyond Bars or Staff Led Troops. The essential functions may vary to some degree from one program to another, as well as the different environments where duties are performed. This is a Safety Sensitive position.
