About The Position

The Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation of external client facing programs that best meet the business needs. This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions (when indicated), providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development. Requirements

  • Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and minimum of 3 years experience in health care, or 2 years of related program experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains the business program plans and schedules, contributes to ensuring business deliverables are met, assist in documentation and project status tracing.
  • Monitor activities to ensure the external client facing program objectives are met within established time frames and budgets.
  • Scheduling, conducting and attending meetings, supporting management in overall objectives, assessing costs and savings and assist in the payments of vendor invoices.
  • Complies complex data and able to assist in preparing and delivering presentations as required.
