Under the direction of the Programming Manager, the CC Program Coordinator organizes the delivery of therapeutic programming to meet the physical, intellectual, spiritual, creative, recreational, social, and emotional needs and well-being of the residents residing in Continuing Care. Assesses the resident’s needs/desires related to purposeful engagement and providing therapeutic and recreational activities to meet the daily needs and interests of the residents. 50% of the CC Program Coordinator’s time is spent stimulating the physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, and emotional well-being of the residents residing in Continuing Care and the other 50% of the time is spent managing staff selected by the Programming Manager and managing the ongoing programs and staff in the absence of the Programming Manager. Person Centered Care Summary: The Continuing Care team is committed to serving residents in all aspects of their daily lives and assisting with the day-to-day functioning of the neighborhood. Members of the Continuing Care team will develop relationships with the residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach; supporting the residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs and focusing on placing the residents first. Compensation: starts at $45,698/year.
