About The Position

The Program Coordinator supports the delivery of the Bank's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy by coordinating community programs, employee volunteering, and CSR. This role focuses on effective coordination, accurate tracking, and meaningful community engagement to expand the Bank's impact across financial literacy, affordable housing, and small business support.

  • Ability to work occasional evenings, early mornings, weekends, or non-standard hours in support of scheduled programs and events
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, administrative support or a related role required

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Education, Business, Social Sciences, Marketing, or related preferred
  • Experience supporting projects, events, or initiatives preferred
  • Experience collaborating with vendors, community partners, and external stakeholders preferred
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (banking, finance, government, or nonprofit) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a consistent and professional point of contact for community partners, schools, nonprofits, government agencies, vendors, and employee volunteers
  • Support relationship management efforts by coordinating communications, meetings and follow-ups, and maintaining up‑to‑date partner and contact records
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure shared understanding of program objectives and expectations
  • Respond to routine inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate to the Program Manager or other as relevant
  • Assist in maintaining positive, professional relationships with program participants, community members, and external partners
  • Represent the organization professionally and in alignment with core values at program events and activities
  • Support delivery of programs, events, workshops and initiatives to ensure a well-coordinated and positive experience for participants, partners, volunteers, and employees
  • Track timelines, task lists and action items to coordinate logistics and support program execution
  • Help monitor participant feedback, event outcomes and metrics in reports to program leadership
  • Ensure program activities are delivered consistently and in alignment with established standards
  • Contribute to a collaborative, mission-focused team environment
  • Coordinate day-to-day program activities, administrative tasks and assigned program deliverables accurately, efficiently, and on time
  • Track timelines, task lists and action items to support program execution
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense documentation
  • Maintain accurate program files, event logs, assessments, participant records and required documentation
  • Compile routine reports, summaries, retrospectives and participant data for review
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and guidelines in all program activities
  • Flag potential issues, risks or delays to the Program Manager, or other as relevant, in a timely manner
  • Support compliance with organizational, partner, vendor and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and audit‑ready documentation
  • Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of participant and program data
