About The Position

The Business and Clinical Support Program Coordinator ensures regulatory compliance through oversight of permits, licenses, and certifications across federal, state, and local agencies. The role facilitates required training with regulatory and emergency response partners, administers ambulatory policies and procedures, and delivers data analysis and reporting to support operational readiness and continuous improvement. This position reports directly to the Director of Medical Group Support Service, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Director of Ambulatory Clinical Excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree – Healthcare/Business Administration or Environmental Health and Safety, or related field, or Equivalent Work Experience - Required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Healthcare – Safetyor workplace violence prevention - Required
  • Experience in management of regulatory licenses and permits from federal, state, county, city regulating agencies - e.g. CLIAs, Business Licenses
  • CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (Refresher Program) - CPI Crisis Prevention Institute - Required or Obtain within 1 year of hire
  • Knowledge of TJC, HICS, Title 22, Cal/OSHA, DHS, DOT – required.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work collaboratively with managers and staff
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and detailed oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and lead, and manage multiple demands in an efficient manner
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Current Environmental Health and Safety Specialist Certification - Preferred
  • Knowledge of other regulatory agencies and guidelines related to safety and emergency management.
  • Experience in workplace violence prevention
