Under the supervision of the Program Manager the Program Coordinator will have responsibility for carrying out the day-to-day functions of their assigned home. This includes securing the well-being and safety of individuals with disabilities which requires; assisting individuals with personal care and daily living skills; training and supervision of Direct Support staff; maintaining house/site facilities; and a broad range of program wide administrative tasks within designated area. This position requires a commitment to individual choice and community integration and inclusion. Travel by car is necessary and a great deal of time will be spent in individual houses/sites. This position requires the ability to work where needed within the Tri-County area. In addition, responding to emergencies during and after hours, on weekends, and holidays is required when applicable.
