About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented‑ Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative, scheduling, and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of our residential energy efficiency program across the western side of Arkansas. You will work closely with program staff and customers to keep daily operations on track while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Support a positive customer experience by providing timely updates on program processes, timelines, and requirements. Work collaboratively with a small team to achieve broader program goals. Follow direction, stay organized, and work efficiently with or without direct supervision. Support documentation, reporting, and the tracking of program activities. Assist with basic troubleshooting of administrative or program related‑ issues following established procedures. Serve as an office-based‑ program representative who helps guide customers through available program options and addresses potential participation barriers.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or administrative training is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management‑ skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in administrative support, office coordination, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude with a desire to help people.
  • Comfort working with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and general office software.
  • Strong customer service skills and enthusiasm for supporting energy efficiency and community programs.
  • The ability to work effectively with diverse groups of customers and teammates.

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
