About The Position

Keystone Human Services is seeking a Program Coordinator to join their team of professionals. The Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting to monitor operations to achieve programmatic goals. This position involves coaching and supporting persons with disabilities to exercise choices and acquire competencies to accomplish personal goals, and acting as a lead and mentor to direct care staff in the program. Keystone Human Services works to create an environment where all people, regardless of ability, can grow, make choices and be valued and contributing members of the community. The organization provides community-based services for children, adolescents, adults, and families in the areas of intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health. Additionally, they offer technical assistance to governments and other organizations to develop frameworks of support for people with disabilities and support educational efforts to promote community understanding and awareness of the value and importance of inclusion for all people in all aspects of society. Services and supports are offered in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware, and New Jersey in the United States, as well as parts of Eastern Europe and India.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree, or 60 credit hours, and 6 months of related work experience OR High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related work experience
  • Basic computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook and learn web based systems
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to respond effectively in high stress/critical situations
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at various levels of the organization
  • Valid Driver’s License with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
