AECOM is seeking a Program Coordinator to be based in Arlington, VA. Tasks include: Prepare and distribute accurate meeting minutes and maintain records. Coordinate calendar management for team meetings, client sessions, etc. Support induction and onboarding of new team members. Facilitate program team communications for timely information flow. Plan and coordinate team meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-ups. Serve as administrative interface with clients regarding meetings, deliverables, and documentation. Provides document management and project controls support Under limited supervision, applies sound professional judgment and independent thought on details of work. Resolves questions and problems. May independently perform most assignments with minimal direction.

  • BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Due to the nature of this work US Citizenship is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and dynamic work conditions; able to pivot quickly to meet organizational needs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
