The Program Coordinator is an important role within the Enterprise Program Management team, designed to provide foundational experience in managing enterprise programs. This position supports the end-to-end lifecycle of programs by ensuring they are structured effectively, launched with the right resources, tracked consistently, and closed out with accurate reporting and auditing. The coordinator plays a key role in keeping program momentum by preventing delays, supporting communications, and reducing administrative workload for Program Managers. In this role, the Program Coordinator works closely with Program Managers, Enterprise Leadership, and global partners to improve collaboration and program consistency. Responsibilities include maintaining dashboards and trackers, preparing customer-facing updates, coordinating documentation, and supporting cross-regional processes such as onboarding and revenue-sharing compliance.   • Operates between the Enterprise Program Management Team, Enterprise Leadership, and the GPA, serving as a bridge to improve collaboration and communication
  • Supports Enterprise Program Managers by handling tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks, reducing their workload so they can focus on strategy and higher-level priorities.
  • Improves organizational efficiency across tasks, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Ability to adjust or deviate from procedures, when necessary, with oversight from the Enterprise Program Manager and Global Delivery Supervisor.
  • Experience in service, installation, or design of audiovisual and presentation systems
  • Background in program or project management, ideally in a corporate or enterprise environment
  • Proficiency with dashboards, trackers, reporting systems, and advanced Smartsheet skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities in complex team environments
  • Understanding of job financial reports with the ability to control costs
  • Strong decision-making, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to read, write, and present information effectively in small groups and customer settings
  • Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically across multiple cultures and time zones
  • Competence with math, rate/ratio/percentage calculations, and international currency conversions
  • Strong problem-solving skills in standardized situations
  • CTS required
  • Smartsheet expertise required
  • CAPM or ACP preferred (expected to earn during tenure).
  • CPP or CPC considered a plus
