This position supports Free Arts expansion programming by coordinating and executing key Free Arts programs such as Free Arts Days, the Weekly Mentor Program, Professional Artist Series, Camp Series and others within Maricopa, Pima, and surrounding counties. This position also supports volunteer outreach, orientation, training, engagement, and retention activities for program capacity building and expansion efforts. Supports the volunteer recruitment and enrollment process, including outreach events, info sessions, trainings, interviews and retention activities. Develops and uses systems to organize and keep track of information and work progress. Works effectively within established timeframes and priorities. Utilizes logical, practical, and efficient approaches. Monitors implementation of plans and makes adjustments as needed.
