About The Position

The Program Coordinator plays a vital role in executing the company's goals and objectives by coordinating Polaris Dealer activities associated with the Polaris PRE program. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth processes and successful fixture installations, fostering relationships with dealers and vendors.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in a related field or 3-5 years of experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service/Support.
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Excel and Mac-based software.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivation is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Account Director, ASC, Installation Department, Logistics Department, and 3rd Party Installation vendor.
  • Establish strong working relationships with clients, dealers, and PD vendors.
  • Provide documents detailing project requirements and expectations.
  • Assess situations, determine responses, and communicate effectively.
  • Expedite sensitive information across program entities.
  • Organize and distribute information updates using one or more systems.
  • Foster a culture that values family, innovation, collaboration, and empowerment.
  • Follow all safety and workplace policies.
