About The Position

The Program Coordinator at Reynolds & Associates, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the Opioid recovery program services and supervising associated personnel. This role involves assessing administrative and programmatic needs, implementing activities that benefit the organization, and contributing to residential rehabilitative services. The Program Coordinator works under the supervision of the President and is tasked with independently planning and executing a broad range of Opioid Programs, ensuring adherence to Fairview guidelines.

Requirements

  • A four (4) year degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • At least two (2) years of supervisory experience, preferably in social work, sociology, or a related field (SAC) Substance Abuse Counseling preferred.
  • Total work experience needed is six (6) years, with two (2) of the years in a supervisory position.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Reliable vehicle and the ability to travel to the facility on short notice.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in program management within a rehabilitation setting.
  • Knowledge of Opioid recovery programs and related services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general oversight to all employees.
  • Develop, implement and oversee new hire and on-the-job training for staff in coordination with Human Resources.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary processes for employees under direct supervision.
  • Conduct monthly meetings and training, including refresher training, as required by the contract.
  • Develop and maintain a program curriculum that meets the needs of the residents referred to the facility.
  • Develop and maintain a treatment resource network and ensure that program documents are maintained in the residents' case files.
  • Attend all administrative meetings sponsored by Fairview.
  • Attend other Reynolds & Associates, Inc. work-related meetings and events.
  • Travel for meetings, conferences, and training as required.
  • Deliver informative talks and speeches to various civic, community, and other groups outside of the facility.
  • Collaborate and maintain professional relationships with all business entities affiliated with Reynolds & Associates, Inc.
  • Develop and implement an effective community outreach program.
  • Prepare reports, analyze charts, forecast, etc., on the status of the programs and residents at the facility.
  • Participate in budget preparation and planning for the facility for each fiscal year.
  • Monitor and forecast resident client population.
  • Ensure safety and sanitation of the facility.
  • Oversee inventory of all consumables, resident meal counts, linen, furniture, etc.
  • Be on an on-call status and available as needed.
  • Ensure program contract compliance through facility inspections, case file audits, and review of status of all programs and populations.
  • Monitor staff compliance.
  • Serve as the on-site expert for resident accountability software.
  • Manage the overall systems, extract reports, and monitor the quality of data input by staff members to ensure adherence to Fairview Residential Program requirements.
  • Ensure that the facility is current with Occupational Safety Hazard Association (OSHA) requirements.
