About The Position

The Program Coordinator - Unit Leader is responsible for overseeing staff and campers in overnight lodgings and supporting all programming at the Bryant Pond 4-H Camp and Learning Center. This role involves mentoring staff, covering staff off time, planning and leading activities, high ropes course support and more. The coordinator will work closely with the Camp Directors to plan and deliver high-quality educational experiences and provide leadership in outdoor programming.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
minimum of 3 years related experience working with youth and teaching in the outdoors or equivalent
CPR and First Aid certifications/willingness to receive training
Lifeguard certification
Genuine compassion for and ability to get along well with children of all ages
