The Goddard Riverside Community Center and the Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center are two prominent community-based organizations in Manhattan, dedicated to providing essential services to approximately 30,000 New Yorkers. The TOP Clubhouse program is designed to empower individuals with mental illness by focusing on their personal recovery goals through a holistic approach that integrates education, employment, and socialization. This innovative model fosters a collaborative environment where staff and members work side-by-side, challenging traditional client-clinician dynamics and promoting a sense of community and shared responsibility. The Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of the TOP Clubhouse program. This position requires a dynamic individual who is innovative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to foster a positive work environment. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Program Director, integrating services and providing staff support, while also assuming overall leadership of the TOP Clubhouse in the absence of the Program Director. The role involves coordinating the provision of services, overseeing documentation, and supporting staff development, all while maintaining a collaborative team atmosphere. The position is full-time, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, although some weekends and evenings may be required. The salary range for this position is between $52,024.22 and $58,527.25, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Candidates must meet the required qualifications to be considered for the position, and the salary offer will reflect the candidate's relevant experience and additional preferred qualifications.
