As a Program Coordinator at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. You will direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the Individuals in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with Center Leadership to oversee Assistant Coordinator, residential program leaders, and residential staff to ensure Individuals are safe, healthy, and living in a clean environment.
