About The Position

The Program Coordinator at Opal Services, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned homes and ensuring that the programming meets the needs of service recipients with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Valid driver's license and a dependable, insured vehicle.
• Must comply with a DHS background study.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a related field preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned homes and services for individuals with disabilities.
• Collaborate with Direct Support Professionals and the Program Director to ensure programming meets service recipient needs.
• Plan and negotiate the schedule based on the needs of the home.
• Document, chart, and log information related to service recipients.
• Ensure compliance with DHS background study requirements.
