The Patient Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting FPI's commitment to delivering patient-centered care by providing comprehensive administrative, analytical, and operational support to the Associate Director of Patient Experience. This position collaborates closely with leadership, staff, and providers to drive service excellence across clinical practices. Key responsibilities include analyzing patient experience data, supporting internal communication and recognition strategies, implementing improvement initiatives, and maintaining the infrastructure required to sustain a culture of empathy, responsiveness, and continuous improvement; and other duties as assigned.
