Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program
  • Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the state(s) assigned
  • CPR, as required by community
  • Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law.
  • Other items as required by federal, state and local standards

  • Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations : Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • In addition to providing therapy under their disciplinary scope of practice (OTA or PTA), the Program Coordinator serves as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff.
  • This position is instrumental in minimizing administrative burden and providing support to allow clinicians’ to deliver therapy services.
  • This position also coordinates staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.
