Responsible for administrative activities of the Managers and the Director. Independently performs a variety of administrative duties in support of the D-H Peer Review Program. Coordinates the master scheduling for the D-H Peer Review process. Including, but not limited to, monthly meetings for numerous Professional Practice Enhancement Committees and Care Improvement Committee. Manages all MSO Leadership meeting requests. Responsible, in coordination with MSO Leadership, for preparing agendas and taking/typing minutes for MSO Staff meetings. Responsible for coordinating with staff on any follow-up necessary on identified action items. Performs data entry, as requested, and assists with maintaining/updating MSO databases. Prepares regular reports on MSO and D-H Peer Review activity. Orders supplies for the MSO. Works with MSO Leadership to develop and maintain efficient office procedures and record keeping of day-to-day activities.
