About The Position

The Program Coordinator I at Rutgers University-Camden will focus on implementing retention initiatives aimed at increasing the persistence of undergraduate students, particularly those from minoritized and historically underrepresented backgrounds. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two to three years of professional experience in higher education focusing on student success or retention initiatives.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Student Success Management systems, such as EAB Navigate.
  • Ability to adapt work posture depending on project needs, both independently and collaboratively.
