CAPSBC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Coordinator I to join our team and oversee the daily operations of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, financial literacy education, and asset development services. Reporting to the Family Development Manager II, this role is responsible for coordinating volunteer activities, delivering direct client services, and providing comprehensive case management support to low-to-moderate income families and individuals. The Program Coordinator I will develop and maintain effective program monitoring and evaluation systems, ensuring compliance with all contractual and grant requirements. This position will also cultivate and strengthen community partnerships, serving as the primary liaison with external stakeholders, while upholding a high standard of confidentiality.
