About The Position

The Program Coordinator for GradSupport in the Office of Graduate Education (OGE) is responsible for developing and implementing GradSupport processes. This role includes delegating incoming student requests, performing other administrative duties in furtherance of GradSupport objectives, policies, and activities, and processing academic petitions and other paperwork for the OGE.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of one year of administrative or project/program administration experience
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Adaptability and prioritization skills
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and self-motivation
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact with and/or collaborate effectively across all levels, including with students, faculty, and administrators
  • Knowledge of and appreciation for cross-cultural and bias issues
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations
  • Ability to listen carefully and communicate tactfully
  • Experience with databases and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Drupal or an equivalent web application

  • Familiarity working in a clinical or higher education environment
