We are currently looking for a Program Coordinator oversees the daily operations, planning, and implementation of the GAP Program. This program is designed to bridge the gap between school and adult services by providing high-quality, individualized support for young adults with autism. The focus is on fostering growth in life, social, vocational, recreational and community skills to promote independence and meaningful engagement in adult life. The Program Coordinator ensures effective program structure, scheduling, and organization while providing ongoing staff training, supervision, and support.
