About The Position

The Full-Time Program Coordinator oversees and manages all operations of the Emerson TR program. This role involves conducting new consumer evaluations, providing supervision to program staff, and ensuring the completion of all staff evaluations. The coordinator develops and reviews consumer treatment plans, demonstrating sound clinical skills through various treatment modalities. Additionally, the coordinator establishes, maintains, and approves all changes in staff schedules, represents Residential Services at Partial Care meetings, and maintains knowledge of the program's policies and procedures while ensuring accurate clinical and administrative documentation. The coordinator also develops in-program groups and activities.

Requirements

• MSW in Social Work, MA in Psychology or a related field
• Previous experience working with individuals diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder
• Valid Driver's License
