About The Position
The Family Support Specialist (Program Coordinator) for the Healthy Families Wyandotte (HFW) Program is responsible for providing intensive home visitation support to families. This role focuses on establishing long-term relationships with families, assisting them in improving their parenting skills, and enhancing their home environment. The specialist will work closely with families to set goals, assess child development, and connect them with community resources, all while maintaining a family-centered and strength-based approach.
