Program Coordinator, Experienced
About The Position
The Pharmacy Triage and Action Group (TAG) supports the pharmacy modular solution in project and issue management, business analysis, and business operations. The Program Coordinator, Experienced will report to the Manager of Pharmacy TAG. In this role you will support intake of new pharmacy production stabilization issues for pharmacy modular solution, coordinate issue management activities related to assigned issues and tasks, provide regular status updates to the Pharmacy Production Stabilization team on all open issues assigned to your functional area, ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues and tasks. This position works closely with the Pharmacy Production Stabilization team, cross-functionally with other teams within Blue Shield, as well as external vendor partners.
Responsibilities
- Support intake of new pharmacy production stabilization issues for pharmacy modular solution
- Coordinate issue management activities related to assigned issues and tasks
- Provide regular status updates to the Pharmacy Production Stabilization team on all open issues assigned to your functional area
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues and tasks
- Work closely with the Pharmacy Production Stabilization team, cross-functionally with other teams within Blue Shield, as well as external vendor partners.
