Coordinates the activities and functions of designated programs. Analyzes, evaluates and ensures that the goals and objectives for the program are accomplished according to established priorities, time and funding limitations or other specifications. The Program Coordinator for the Dropout Prevention Program is responsible for coordinating program initiatives and providing oversight and support to Dropout Prevention Specialists. This role serves as a vital liaison between schools and families, ensuring consistent communication and aligned support services. The Program Coordinator must be familiar with ADE attendance codes and guidelines, conduct home visits as needed, and deliver monthly professional development to staff. Strong knowledge of Synergy and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively are essential.
