Find out how you can Make It Possible: Under the guidance of the Director, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out the coordination, implementation and administrative duties for assigned department and program. Works in collaboration with community-based organizations, area hospitals, off-site practices and community practitioners to assure productivity of program. Oversees program management and outcomes reporting. This is a full-time grant funded day shift position 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday, located at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills and highly organized.
• Ability to work with diverse community groups and multi-task.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree in a related discipline.
• Grant budget management experience.
