About The Position
This position serves as coordinator of the following victim service grant programs: sexual assault, domestic violence, sexual assault nurse examiners, the sexual assault response team and advocacy. The incumbent will provide capacity building for all grant programs in collaboration with grant management, employees, members, advocacy agencies, law enforcement and community agencies. The coordinator will abide by guidelines set forth by grant management and the grantor. The incumbent is responsible for the overall collection, retention of data, monitoring of performance improvement, and generating reports. This position will facilitate and participate in the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) initiatives and community outreach. The incumbent will act with independence in performance of duties, conducting periodic reviews and analysis of program operations, training and contingency plans. Incumbent will participate in special and ongoing projects to ensure that goals, objectives are being met to achieve maximum efficient outcomes and requirements set by management. This is a grant funded position.
