The Program Coordinator B will assist and support the Program Management Office in the coordination efforts of all engineering, purchasing, scheduling, and subcontract work. This role involves representing the Program Management Office in internal and external meetings, driving daily communication with team members and customers, and supplying department leads with information and analysis data as requested. The coordinator will also develop and maintain graphical representations of critical data, budget spreadsheets, and process instructions to support efficient practices.
