We seek a dynamic person to act as the Program Coordinator and primary student liaison for a large 40-60 person science team (NSF NRT LinQ), involving faculty, graduate students, campus partners, industrial and national lab partners, and connections across St. Louis schools. This role entails helping to coordinate the design and execution of professional development programs, plan recruitment strategies, set up internship opportunities with partners, coordinate professional development skills training, and act as primary author for the NSF annual reports. In addition, through A&S Office of Grad Studies (OGS), there will be a recruiting role for graduate students in A&S STEM-focused areas aligned with NRT LinQ. The role will involve oversight and approval of budget items, ensuring goals of the grant are met, communicating with Trainees and Participants and faculty weekly, and planning events such as meetings and symposia. Recruiting a diverse graduate student pool is a key area we are devoted to pursuing. This is a time-limited position of up to June 30, 2027.
