About The Position

The Program Coordinator position requires a strong background in product management, adept negotiation skills, and the capability to lead cross-functional teams to meet value stream objectives. Responsibilities

• Develops and executes negotiation and proposal plans and strategies for assigned projects in collaboration with value stream program manager.
• Leads cross-functional project teams to identify execution roadblocks to ensure delivery of programmatic commitments.
• Identifies issues, tracks progress, and ensures follow-through on corrective actions, DMRs, and customer requests.
• Organizes interdepartmental activities to ensure projects completion on schedule and within budget.
• Prepares and presents project status reports to leadership as needed.
• Leads team in forecasting build plans, delivery plans, and yearly value stream forecasts.
• Reviews daily, weekly, and monthly customer commitments and works with operations managers and Production Control to track, schedule, and drive production commitments through delivery.
• Works with and attends customer meetings to support Program Manager with customer requests.
• May be required to travel.
