As a Program Controls Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for assisting customer order activities and ensuring the successful processing and delivery of products. This position involves managing daily orders, working with planning to determine shipping dates, communicating with customers, processing return material authorizations, prioritizing orders based on customer requests, and working with internal Salesman for sales funnel grooming. You will work out of our Acton, MA location on a Hybrid / On-Site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial health, operational efficiency, risk management, stakeholder relationships, and overall success of multiple programs and projects. Your ability to facilitate and contribute to the program control function will significantly influence the organization's ability to achieve its goals and deliver successful outcomes.
