AECOM is seeking a Senior Program Controls Director for our Mid-Atlantic sub-region to be based in our Baltimore, MD area offices. The responsibilities of the Senior Program Controls Director include managing and coordinating Program Controls for programs that are large to very large in size, are of high strategic value and/or have the highest level of execution complexity. This role provides senior-level oversight for Program Controls activities, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives set by senior leadership. The director will lead the coordination efforts across multiple projects within the program, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with overarching program objectives. Additionally, the director will spearhead initiatives to streamline processes and enhance collaboration between project teams, proactively identify and address interdependencies between projects, and employ advanced risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues. The role also involves leading conflict resolution efforts, supporting the implementation of advanced resource allocation strategies, and facilitating clear communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

  • Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership.
  • Experience with Rail Transit and Surface Transportation programs.
  • Experience with integrating controls - scope, cost, risk, schedule, reporting.
  • Experience with multiple contractors concurrently and with the CMAR project delivery method.
  • Experience with PowerBI report tailoring for program specific needs.
