As part of a team responsible for managing the cost, schedule, and financial performance of a large program, the Program Control Analyst (PCA) will review program requirements and spend plans in the NRO Financial Information Requirements Tool (FIRsT) for accuracy and completeness. The PCA will make recommendations regarding resource trade-offs within and among competing programs and provide senior managers with resource alternatives. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and recommending revisions to budget estimates and requirements for new and existing initiatives to ensure completeness. Additionally, the PCA will review and validate analyses used to develop and update current and future component or group resource requirements as the basis of recommendations to Government personnel.
