About The Position

A mission-driven government contractor is seeking a Program Control Analyst to support financial tracking and reporting for federal contracts. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in program finance and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in program control or project finance within a government contracting environment
• Familiarity with EAC, ETC, CLIN structures, and indirect rates
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining program budgets and forecasts
• Support EAC/ETC modeling and variance analysis
• Monitor CLIN-level funding and expenditures
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support program reviews
• Coordinate with contracts and billing teams to ensure accurate invoicing
• Maintain financial data integrity and support audit readiness
• Collaborate with program managers and finance teams to support decision-making
