The Project Control Analyst 3 (PCA3) supports project teams by monitoring schedule, cost, and performance from project initiation through completion. This role uses a variety of project control tools and techniques to track timelines, milestones, budgets, and expenditures. Working closely with project managers and key stakeholders, the PCA3 helps identify and resolve issues, recommends corrective actions, and ensures projects remain on schedule and within scope. The PCA3 maintains accurate project documentation, prepares routine and ad hoc reports, and provides essential analytical support to the project management team. Additionally, the PCA3 is responsible for financial tracking in support of government contracts, including development and reconciliation of Estimates at Completion (EACs), analysis of financial data, and compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet monthly deliverable deadlines.
