The Program Contracts Senior Manager will support the management and contractual day to day activities of the program under the supervision of the program director. The Senior Program Manager scope includes planning, tracking, and managing contractual correspondence, baseline change management, documentation, proposal approvals, negotiations, and other ad hoc. The Senior Program Manager has primary responsibility for change management and proposal submission to include fee assertion, and self-assessment of incentive/award fee bearing contracts. As a liaison with Honeywell finance, the Senior Program Manager is responsible for contract deliverable reports provided to the customer as it relates to funding requirements and estimates to complete. This customer facing leader will need to act with limited oversight representing Honeywell through front end contract award as well as throughout program execution.
