The Strategic Engagement Team provides department-wide support with the creation of coordinated external communications and engagement activities. This includes the triage of emerging issues, implementation of strategic initiatives, project management, and high-level logistical support to the director and department divisions. This position will lead and coordinate the department's digital online strategies across the web, social media, and other communications platforms. They will be part of the Strategic Engagement Team. This role leads the creation and coordination of digital content to ensure strategic, effective, and consistent delivery of information to the public and to employees. The position will work as a project manager for high-level initiatives. They will manage and support digital-related projects, including website enhancements, social media communities, and content. This position evaluates the effectiveness and impact of communications and engagement through analytics, drafts reports, and provides recommendations to management.
