About The Position

The Full-Time Program Clinician is responsible for providing crisis intervention, conducting clinical assessments, performing risk assessments, and managing intakes. The clinician develops service plans tailored to the needs of consumers and is responsible for the management of consumer cases. This role involves providing direct assistance and clinical support to consumers, collaborating with the treatment team, and fulfilling on-call requirements on a rotating schedule.

Requirements

• MSW in social work, MA in psychology, or related field
• LSW and bilingual or LAC and bilingual or LCSW or LPC
• Mental health/human services experience
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Provides crisis intervention, clinical assessments, risk assessments, diagnosis and intakes
• Develops service plans
• Responsible for management of consumer cases
• Provides direct assistance and clinical support to consumers
• Collaborates with treatment team and performs on call requirements on rotating schedule
