About The Position

The Full-Time Program Clinician position in Bergen County involves providing crisis intervention services to assigned consumers. The clinician will perform clinical assessments, risk assessments, diagnosis, and intakes, while developing effective service plans and providing appropriate referrals to required services. The role includes managing a consumer caseload and ensuring that all clinical and administrative documentation adheres to the program's standards. Additionally, the clinician will provide direct assistance and clinical support to consumers, collaborate with the treatment team, and perform on-call duties on a rotating basis.

Requirements

• MSW in social work, MA in psychology, or related field
• Previous experience with the SPMI population
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of New Jersey
• Valid New Jersey driver's license
