Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Associate I - Monmouth County for the department of 4-H Youth Development within the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences. Under general direction of the Monmouth County 4-H Agent, Department of 4-H Youth Development, Rutgers Cooperative Extension, this 4-H Program Associate I is responsible for providing professional leadership and support to the Monmouth County 4-H Youth Development Program, targeting youth in grades K-13 (one year out of high school) and related to all 4-H Mission Mandates: Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math (STEM); Healthy Lifestyles; and Civic Engagement (4-H club and teen leadership).
