The Program Associate position at Enterprise Advisors focuses on delivering capacity building and technical assistance to various stakeholders in the community development and housing sectors. This role is integral to advancing racial equity and addressing housing challenges through data-driven solutions and community engagement. The Program Associate will support the Equitable Housing Solutions practice area while also contributing to other practice areas, ensuring a collaborative approach to improving housing conditions across the country.

  • Contribute to engagements with partner communities, including policy research and data analysis (quantitative and qualitative).
  • Develop reports and presentations based on research findings.
  • Provide internal project management support and maintain recordkeeping management.
  • Manage projects with partner communities to identify place-based solutions.
  • Prepare case studies by compiling relevant promising practices.
  • Assist in refining internal written policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in policy research, data analysis, or programmatic support related to housing and community development.
  • Experience in community engagement with diverse stakeholders and residents.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and community members.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, including proficiency with GIS and Excel.
  • Effective presentation skills and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with a broad array of housing policies and related tools.
  • Ability to think creatively about systems change and new approaches to challenges.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, SmartSheets, Planner).
  • Experience conducting interviews and focus groups.
  • Basic graphic design and data visualization skills.
