The incumbent shall be responsible for coordinating program-related activities for Crisis Intervention projects of the Center for Evidence to Practice. The Program Assistant shall be responsible for coordinating and maintaining an information flow for Center-related projects and activities. This shall include coordinating communication among the program management team and staff, affiliated entities and other program participants; corresponding with vendors; monitoring program-related purchases and cataloging program expenditures. In addition, the Program Assistant will play a key role in facilitating meetings and activities, such as trainings. This position is eligible for remote work per Chancellor’s Memorandum-73 and School of Public Health Policies.
